100% NO RISK REFUND POLICY!
Eukopia Credit Solutions (ECS) offers a No Risk Refund Policy. Although you are not required to be enrolled for any minimum period of time, if you have used ECS' services for eight (8) continuous months (*certain conditions apply) and you feel ECS has not lived up to your expectations you may request that we review your account to determine if you are owed a refund. Simply put, an ECS representative will total all negative **items removed or improvements made during your course of service with ECS and assign a value of $50 per item - a total dollar value will be calculated and this figure will be subtracted from the total amount you paid ECS (excluding the initial enrollment Account Set-up Fee). If there is a balance remaining ECS will issue a refund to you. If you cancel this agreement within 3 business days from the date it is executed, you will receive a full refund of any initial payments you made to us within 15 days. Any amount you pay for Eukopia to perform the tasks necessary to open and set-up your account is non-refundable after 3 days from the date that your account was opened. Each month that you remain a client of Eukopia, you pay a monthly fee for the services performed during that and/or the previous month. No refunds will be provided unless specifically requested or provided by law and no refunds will be provided for work already completed by Eukopia.
*(In order to qualify for the 'No Risk Refund', client must have followed ECS’ dispute cycle for a full eight (8) months [approximately 6-7 full dispute cycles] and in doing so followed the ECS dispute process by making sure to either send in all credit report updates and correspondence from the credit bureaus to ECS within five (5) days of receipt of same or make sure to notify ECS if reports are missing within 45 days of the last credit updates received; then forward the credit reports to ECS within five (5) days of arrival. The refund calculation is only based on the monthly service fee and does not include the initial enrollment Account Set-up Fee.)
